 Flash animated marketing site
The local telephone provider BellSouth was introducing the FastAccess service and required a web site to promote the service. The product provided high speed internet service for residential homes.
Challenge
Create a web site that provided visitors with an exciting and compelling experience of what high speed internet access was capable of displaying. The site would utilize motion graphics, sounds, animation, games and up to date news feeds.
Solution
I led the design and development of the FastAccess site by developing a marketing site based on strong branding elements of the service . The site extensively utilized Macromedia Flash which at the time was a new and cutting edge technology to display animation and motion graphics on the web. Audio elements were synchronized with the graphics animation for a dynamic presentation. The site was used to market the dynamic capabilities of the FastAccess Broadband DSL product and successfully launched in 1998.
