Solution
When I was “on-shift” in the news room, I was responsible for all the material published to the CNN.com web site. I managed the site by working with a large team of writers, producers and coders. I maintained site stability, prevented errors, posted timely news, built the user experience on the fly, constructed authoring workflow, developed content management system and more. I was the primary advocate of usability testing, user modeling and information architecture. During my time at CNN I and was involved in creating thousands of web pages, building properties and was a key contributor in several of the interface redesigns. But teamwork made it all work.
